General Questions
We roast to order. Every bag is roasted within 24 hours of shipping so your beans arrive at peak freshness. We recommend brewing within 30 days of the roast date printed on the bag.
Yes — every blend is available as whole bean or ground to your preferred grind size (espresso, drip, French press, or pour-over). Leave a note at checkout.
Each blend is crafted for long sessions — designed for focus, clarity, and stamina, just like a great poker player. Our names and packaging celebrate the game, from "Four Aces" to "All In."
Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Cash on Delivery for select regions.
Yes. When you're signed in, you can view the status of every order on your My Orders page. Statuses run from Pending → Processing → Shipped → Delivered.
Orders can be cancelled or changed while their status is Pending. Once an order moves to Processing it has entered the roast queue. Contact us right away and we'll do our best.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is $5.99 on orders under $50, and free on all orders over $50.
Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
If you're not 100% satisfied with any bag, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — no questions asked. That's our satisfaction guarantee.
